1995 Civic ex BLINKER PROBLEMS HELP

I Have A 1995 Honda Civic Ex Coupe . It Has A Grip Of Problems When I Plug Up The Blinkers It Blows The Fuse To The Inside Dash And The Running Lights. Why Is This? Also I Brought From Auction And My Key Only Works For The Ignition How Do I Replace The Door Locks With New Ones That Will Fit The Igition Or W.e

Civic Old Corner Light Bulb Insert Was Broken(stole The Old One ) So I Went To Honda Got New Bul Inserts With Wire To Connect To Car. When I Do That Then I Turn The Lights On Itll Blow Or If It Wont Blow It Stays On Orange...

Before you wire the new bulb receptacle into the circuit, does the fuse still blow when you turn on the blinker?

Are you carefully insulating/taping the spliced hot wires so that they cannot short out?

WHAT DO YOU MEAN LIKE COVERING THEM WITH ELECTRIC TAPE ? THATS WHAT I DID .

sounds like you have an open inthe wiring harness. an exposed wire somewhere in the harness that could be making contact with a piece of metal causing the fuse to pop.
