the dimensions are right, you may just have to swap the rails though.

They will fit, you just have to swap the inside rail. You use the outside rail (closest to the door) from the EK and inside rail (closest to the console) from the EG. When you have the seats out of the car and flipped over it's pretty self explanatory.
