2000 civic fuel pump getting no power

Hi im new to this i really need help with my fuel pump. I am getting no power to the fuel pump
I haved checked every fuse checked grounds checked relay and im styll having problems can anyone please help me idk what to do anymore.. please help me here or text me or call me (631)565-2224

Bullshit. Voltage test fuse 44 and 13.

Yessir i even tried a different main relay

Which is fuse 44 and 13?

I tested the thermostat ground, seatbelt ground and fuel pump ground and they all work
Any more suggestions on grounds?

And i checked main relay by the passenger side
