2000 Civic Si, no power at all, I'm lost....

So I was in the process of swapping out my dash cluster harness in my 2000 Civic Si. Had everything plugged in, but I had a loose connection on the battery cables sitting in the trunk, because I had just got done charging the battery itself. Carelessly slapped the terminals on the battery, went to go turn the key and "CRACK!!!". No power. Nothing. No fuel prime, no chimes, nothin. Charged the battery, took it to auto zone, the battery is good. Double checked the battery ground (in the trunk, grounded on the strut tower, that's good. Did a visual of all the fuses, they seem fine. I'm at a complete loss and this is really frustrating me! Is there any chance the 80amp battery fuse is still intact but not functioning?
Does an ignition switch cause these issues?
Any help or troubleshooting guidance is much appreciated, thanks!

Test the fuse. Fuses can "look" good and still be blown. If you have no power at all, it's likely your main fuse is blown.

Check the ground wire from the battery, that got me once :/ But you already did that, I would say double check your main fuses with a tester.
