I just bought a used Civic over the weekend. Tonight, I dropped if off a the dealer to have some seat belt work (warranty I hope). When I went to lock the door with the key fob the doors made a slight "clunk" sound but didn't lock. When I tried the lock switch on the driver side door I got the same sound but the doors didn't lock. When I tried pushing the lock down by hand, it wouldn't go down. Note, seems to be the same condition on both doors (two door, coupe).
Any ideas?
