2009 Civic EX-L - strereo and headrest question

I just bought the 09 Civic EX-L. I love it except the stereo stinks. It is totally built into the dash though, Is there any way to replace it or am I stuck with it? The sound quality is very poor and many of my regular s tations have a bit of static or minor interference... Any ideas?

Also, the headrest... I have it on the lowest setting but it pushes my head forward... there is no way to tilt it back... Any ideas on that?

Yes you can swap out your radio, just need this dash kit from Metra

scoshe also makes a piece, and i believe you can use the DX piece too if they make it in the right color. im assuming you have the sedan? because the coupe EX's come with the same radio as the Si's

and no, there isnt a way to lean the headrest back, its some safety thing. but you can push it up and not use the tip of it headest and use the bottom.
