Keeping it updated here it is we will have the 2nd meet in July 1st or 2nd week i have the poll setup which date is fine with you guys... so please vote, outcome of the majority vote, that date will be it. $5-8 Entrance fee at Joe Pool Lake, that's per car and it's well worth it. I'm not too positive about the space but i'll have to find that out later, if not we will host it somewhere else.

I voted for July 11th, because July 10th and far into the night and then the monring of July 11th I'll still be partying at Texas Zen Fest (big-ass rave) or one of it's aftershocks. At least, that's most likely where I'll be.... ticket prices are steap this year. 
*cough, cough* did I say Rave?.... uhmm... I meant Electronic Music Festival... it's not your average 'rave' though... goes from 11am-10pm, early unfortunately. This evil law you speak of applies Nation Wide... and doesn't just affect raves, but in fact all types of venues... gives the law the right to bust in to any party/club/whatever without a warrent, search for drugs, illegal booze, minors, whatever.... and fine the owners/promoters $10,000+ for things their customers might have brought into the event/club/whatever.
I've noticed since they passed it, the club scene in dallas just aint what it used to be either...
This wonderful prick of a law is known as the Rave Act, and was actually passed illegally (illegal because the act itself had already been voted out) as a 150 page clause attatched to the Amber Act just before it passed into law.
yea man i used to go to zenfest back in the day. I remember going to some thrown by true family and the big promoters here in dallas. It is true the dance scene went down after that lil law past. The last zenfest i went to was held out for three days. the good ole days. So where is it going to be at?
