5th Gen coupe Hesitation

Taking off at the line I have a big hesitation, from idle to about 2500 it lags out real bad than at about 3k its like I have Vtec and than it pulls, any ideas? I already changed plugs, wires, oil, cleaned air filter, wheres the fuel filter on this gen ( I only ask cuz the last one I replaced was on my sisters 88 accord about 6 years ago, so yeah its been a while)...

check the dizzy position. move it throught the range the slots give you.. mine did the same thing.. simple as that. if thats not it get back to me.

I realized its from my clutch going to hell and I have a D16 with Vtec so thats prolly why lol
