My brothers HF is having trouble. A month or two ago, the car just bogged down and stopped on him. So he pushed it down the road and it started but died literally after. 1 minute. Well, the car doesn't start. It wont crank or clclick. We replaced the sstarter and it was a no go. Cleaned up the battery terminals and stuff. No go. Not sure what it is.

Could be the battery itself is bad. I'd say take it to autozone or some place like that and have them test the battery

Well, my dad had it on the charger from this morning, but it didn't even start with a jump.

hmm... can you tell if the fuel pump is priming? It could also be the main relay

My bad about the fuel pump thing I was thinking about a problem I had with my old prelude lol. The only thing that comes to mind is the battery being crapped out, that or the alternator but even if it was the alternator, had the battery been fully charged it should have started up

Does the car have any aftermarket alarm?

That's what I'm thinking. The fuel pump does prime, ad we even threw he battery from m car in his car and it didn't click or nothing so I'm gonna check the relay.

Yeah. It doesn't click at all and wont engage. The old one and the new one didn't work.

things to check:

1. fuse #2 in underdash fuse box

2. negative battery cable ground connections at transmission and body - clean and secure

3. positive battery cable connection at main fuse box - lower left corner on fuse box

4. fuse #31 in main fuse box under the hood

5. clutch interlock switch at top of clutch pedal

6. ignition switch

All fuses are good, we cleaned and inspected the terminals and wires, look a bit scruffy but should be fine, and i don't know how to check the interlock switch, and where's the ignition siwtch?
