8th Gen Engines

All the 8th gens have the same engine correct? 1.8L 4cyl.

Well according to Honda's website all Civic's appear to have the same engine across all models. So yes. Engine code is R18 by the way.

Except the Si with the K20Z3.

I don't see why not. But I still don't know much about 8th gen's so don't take my word on this.

You could always return the part too if it's wrong anyways, right?

depends on what model you are looking at, there is a 1.8L thats in the DX, LX, and EX and a 2.0L in the Si

but from 06-09 they have the same motors yes.
