93 Dx Civic Coupe FS or FT

Ok here it goes up for sale is a 93 Coupe i bought the car about a month or 2 ago from a guy who could barely understand english, Unfortunately i wasnt able to get the title or the key to the car so i dont know if the car runs or not but the guy said it wasnt running because it needed a valve job, Since there is no key i cant even check it out for myself the car exterior is mostly primer but the hood is dented and the right side fender is dented It has rims but one was flat so i had put it on the trunk since im not able to lock the doors someone went in the trunk and stole it, seriously who steals one rim, anyway this would be used as a parts car its to much of a hassle to get a title and too costly i would be looking for 700 obo or i would be interested in any kind of trade so let me know. Also i would be gving away a Clarion Vrx 725d Dvd Player to whomever gets the car but it would need the brain it comes with the remote

Why the HELL would anyone buy a car for that much, w/out a title? Let alone a key? Even if its for a parts car....I can get a full parts car like that for like $400 from a junk yard. Ill give ya $200 for it.
