'99-'00 grilles are wider than the '96-'98 grilles. They won't fit up against the hood right.

That is a '96-'98 grille. If it were a '99-'00 grille it wouldn't fit correctly.

Also, this is NOT a J-Blood front bumper.

THIS is a J-Blood front bumper. Notice the "lip" difference. The lip is built into the front bumper.

would anyone know how to get the mesh grille on the lower part of the bumper?

anyone got a 6th gen with a hood scoop? kinda like one on a sports edition 4runner? seen one today at school, pretty sick looking...only other time I've seen the scoop was on a lude.....
