Been workin on this for a few months and finally decided to post the progress.
Blew the D back in mid july and got the B begining of Sep.

Here it goes
When I first got her 4 years ago

Then 2 years ago in San Diego

After I blew the D

Once I pulled the AC lines

With the D out

Out with the old, in with the new!

Some new toys

Preping the bay

AS of this week - sanding sanding sanding!

Looking good man. If you have a welder and the skills I would suggest filling some of those holes since you are already sanding and repaint the bay.

I wish man! my dad has a welder, but I have a better chance of hittin the lotto then gettin him to help me weld those holes

yea, just a primer black respray with maube a matte clear coat. Car is going matte black next summer so getting the bay out the way

you should swap out that intake manifold now, it'll save you the trouble of doing it when the engine is in the bay

Sure, you supply the skunk2 mani or those ITB's that are up in the for sale section and ill do it. lol

I know, i been contemplating that, but with no job, a bike payment and bills PLUS the holidays, i dont have the finds for it. I want to soooo bad but its not in the cards right now
