97 SiR: Need opinions on header and headlights

Hey Guys This is my first thread and I was looking for some help.

I just got a 97 SiR Hatchback
It came with a B16a and AEM Fuel rails


Things im looking at for install:
HKS Hi-Power Exhaust
PasswordJDM CAI

I want to know what you guys think of new headers and is it worth it?
Also what are good headlights that are darker i was thinking Tradesonic Euro (Hiper Black)

ANY OTHER OPINIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

With laws being so strict on performance mods I'm into basically a decent drop on decent wheels. Let's see this hatch.

If performance is what you're into than a header and a CAI aren't a bad idea. Stay away from cheap products tho'.

keep the sir headlights..many people here will trade you there painted headlights for your sir headlights

If you can afford some new legal headers, you should do it. Might I suggest skunk2? Cant go wrong with a faster Civic and beat those V-Dubs. Then again with what oddeb707 was sayin, be careful with what you buy. Ultimately, it's up to you. Good luck.

its acutally only one rail its a fuel rail .

its not illegal till you get caught, look at m2performance.net , megan racing just introduced that line in july. GREAT PRICES! its basically megan racing parts just no label saying megan racing! i have headers on the way from them, stainless steel 4-2-1 header for about 100 bucks. i will let you know how they are.
