98 civic ex srs light comes on when tach gets above 3000 rpm

I'm driving a 98 civic 5 speed. I am pretty mechanically inclined, but I am getting stumped with this. I changed the cluster and drove it with no problems, then I adjusted the valves and drove it I had one out of adjustment so readjusted them again, and drove it for couple of days. Then was driving and SRS light came on when I get into the throttle, when it evens out the light goes out, only if I'm in a higher gear with the rpm's low. ANY IDEAS AT ALL. The battery light does come on only at idle.

I was thinking it was something to do with the charging system, the charge light don't come on full brightness just barely, but it is coming on

Alternator was the problem went out all the way today while I was driving.
