anyone knowledgeable on the workings of an itouch?

my fiance dropped her itouch in the toilet. that was a couple of weeks ago. it works now, except for the backlight. i ordered a new screen with backlight from ebay. and put it in. and still no backlight.

Have you tried going to Settings -> Brightness? Pretty simple.

Otherwise, sounds like something is serious.

Lmfao. She already got a smaller one. The one I'm working on is a 32, if I get it fixed I get the 8g touch.
