Just wanted to know if anyone here is dropped 1.5", preferably on Eibach Pro-Kit...What size tires and rims do you have? Did you get any rubbing issues?

Hey Mr. Lin, how is it possible that you rub with that size tire and only a 1.5" drop? Unless you're lowered more than that...

So what ya guys/gals think about this:
I have 215/40R17 tires on my car with +42 offset. I had my car droped on some H&R Sports (1.8" F / 1.6" R) and I rubbed like crazy when I made turns cuz my tires were too wide. I took those off, put some H&R OE Sports (.75" F / .75" R) and no rubbing issues. Now I wanna put Eibach Pro-Kit (1.4" F / 1.2" R), YOU THINK I WILL RUB AGAIN?

Mine is down 1.5 and I have 205/40/17. I had to shave off that lip on my rear fender for clearence. Only took off like 1/2" and there is no problem at all.

My civic came with 5zigen springs and Illumina struts and I'm rolling on 17's with 205/40/17 with no problem.

Brodieman, where did you get your springs? I cant find any info about them anywhere on the net and 5zigen doesnt have them on their site either!!

Rubs in the back only if someone is sitting in the back.

Rubs in the front only if my steering wheel is turned at its max.

Never had a problem rubbing here except when I decided turn around in a odd slanted driveway too fast once. That was because the road and the drive had differant angles. My tires are oem rims and tires from a 04 ex coupe, ???/60/15.
