B16A Engine in my 1994 Lsi Hatch

im looking to do a swap at some point and im thinking a b16a would be good for more power. I just wanted to know how much work is it to swap it. do i need to change the gearbox to fit it or would it go right onto my stock. my car has 156 miles atm so i want to do a swap soon. car runs fine concidering the miles but i just can see it dying on me somewhere down the line, and of course MORE POWER
