B16a2 Lacks Power recently.

I just got my 99 Civic Ex with a B16a2 Swap. and ever since i've driven on the Highway, the Engine and deck shakes. On the up hills it does it too. just 2 days ago i was going on the freeway and it's an uphill, all of sudden the engine started shaking like crazy and the check engine light started flashing(the light was already on).I tried going faster but it wouldn't budge, it was going like 55-60mph on 4th gear. i've gone with the mechanic to check out the light it's only the 2 O2 sensors and it said i needed to change the spark plug wires and distributor cap.i did. the machanic reset the light...... but today i was going to school(and again an uphill) and it's still lagging. please Help

It's not only* the o2 sensors. They play a big part of how your car runs. With wrong signals being sent to your ecu the a/f is all wrong resulting in lost of power. Find out which sensor it is and replace when/if possible.
