best clutch for b20 but is enexpensive

Alright guys, I'm wondering what is a good clutch for a b20 with ls tranny?
Great for a DD?

Exedy OEM replacement is fine. You dont need a stage 1


I have a B20 running 190/160 at the crank with the OEM replacement and its holding just fine.

It depends -- do you shift / drive hard?

The throwout bearing for the OEM kit is a unsealed ball bearing. Shift hard and you could pop a spring. If you don't slam it into gear and frequently abuse your transmission, high revs, etc, you'll be just fine with OEM.

Stage 1 has a reinforced throwout bearing.
