See here's how it works in NJ. At 16, a person can give consent to anyone up to 4 years older than them. This means that a 16 year old can give consent to a 20 year old, and a 17 year old can give consent to a 21 year old.

I just happen to be 21. And no, I'm not making any of this up

hahahaha ohhhh silly men. In 4 months ill be getting ready to make my way up to mansfield for college. And i know that none of you live up there because noobody lives up there its in the middle of nowhere. And yeah those are the laws for pa too.
