As title states i Have a brand new front bumper cover 99-00 /w 00si Front lip the lip is sanded and needs to be sanded down some more and primered. I have no need for this Bumper and am selling at the highest offer basically.

Aftermarket bumper or OEM? I might buy this because my bumper needs a complete sand down and respray and this would be a better route I think since mines all cracked and f'd up anyways.
