Camshafts

I'm planing on installing camshafts and was wondering if I install them will I need a vtec controller to harness all the power out of them or similar system. I have already installed e/h/i and also racing radiator and thermal switch along with clutch. Please let me know.

What camshafts specifically? You won't need a vtec controller but most likely you will need to get it tuned.
