CD changer/ aux in question

Hi all,

My wife just got a Civic 1.4 SE 2008. Great car and she's loving it. What would be the best option for getting an aux input to the CD changer input. I've been looking at the Dension gateway 100 and the Xcarlink audio interface. It doesn't need to be iphone/pod compatible but would really need to have USB and 3.5mm line input.
Am I right in saying that none of these devices can show song text/info on the display?

Where is the CD changer cable in these cars? Is it hidden in the boot?

A forum related question. I can only see the first page of results in the Audio/electronics forum. I says there are 55k posts but I can't view them. Am I doing something embarrassingly wrong??? Also when I searched for Dension and Xcarlink there were no results which I was quite surprised about. I must be doing something utterly stupid??

Thanks in advance

Anto

Just buy an aftermarket head unit, you can get a good head unit with an aux for about 100

Go somewhere like crutchfield, they always add any dash kits and wiring harnesses for free
