There's a Whole Foods here that carries them in little square packs; they're awesome with toasted honey wheat bread

Extra sharp cheddar, baby Swiss, Gouda, provolone & pepperjack are my favorites, we like to do a cheese fondue with shredded sharp cheddar with Bass beer mixed, it good to dip bread & veggies in.

Oh we do apples as well, my fav is sugar snap peas, I can eat a whole container of those with the cheese fondue, damn Kelly, making me want some fondue now.

Cheese and crackers have ways been my favorite snack. My dog is obsessed with cheese. He goes nuts when I have it. We don't get any "gourmet" cheeses though.
