Cleaning tough calcium deposits from windows?

I recently bought my civic from a neighbour down the street. The car was never used for about 6 months. During those 6 months parked next to the lawn, the windows got sprayed with the sprinkler system every morning. Now I am left with these really tough calcium deposits that are really annoying me. I tried applying CLR and White Vinegar to the windows, but it didn't help too much. Any suggestions?

The names Jordan
Steel wool. Its light enough that it won't scratch the windows.

I'd never tried it, but a few have suggested toothpaste, believe it or not.
