Clutch issue

I got the clutch workin again but when i hit vtec and start switching gears when i go from 4th to 5th i shift fine then when in 5th i can go about 3500 then the car just revs up to redline im thinkn the clutch is out or goin out

Nope all other gears are fine

It's probably a worn clutch.
