um i would say vancouver but tacoma is right up the road, it doesnt matter to me.

the park that they mentioned above is really nice.

has a big open area for everyone to gather, chit-chat, look at each others rides
and there is the beach a few minutes away. there is a go-kart track in walking distance as well.
