corner of bumper is gone, what to do?

So my car didnt have the bumper support beam, my buddy help me put it on, when he placed the bumper back on to the fender he did not use a washer. on my way to work the bumper got loose and my tire ended up breaking it off!

what should i do???
-buy a new bumper
-go to the junk yard and recover this piece and glue it back on
-any additional ideas????

background info, i have a 97 civic, i did a 2000 front end conversion, the front end is not align yet or painted. I am going to buy new headlights, oem fenders for both sides, and an si front lip.

might as well replace it, you can get it cheap im sure on craigslist wont matter what condition it is in as long as it aint broken, since your going to paint the car right?

ok , when the time comes i will buy a new bumper, sucks because the rest of it is in good condition, but someone might buy it on craigslist as is.

and since i am going to paint it, buying it in any condition should be fine indeed, thx.
