Cracked lug

I took off my rims this weekend to paint my calipers and drums..that night I was putting the rims back on and I cracked a lug, spreading it open a bit. I use the tuner lugs that you need the key to fit inside. Is there any real way to get this off?

I used and air chisel on it till it cracked far enough down for it to fall off. I have since changed to outside lugs so they wont crack again.

were they american eagle lugs cua they suck! more on that later
