Crap. What is this.?

Alright I came back from Maine the other day but while I was backing out the driveway I was off by a bit and slammed the rear bottom end of my hatch on the curb and the front end afterwards. The front only had support beam damage but the rear bottom now has a piece dragging on the ground. Its a long thin strap that broke off and it looks like its supposed to hold something up because parellel to it is another strap still attached to the other end. Whatever its supposed to hold up is now hanging down a bit. What is this? And should I stop driving around?

How hard have you actually looked at it? Did the strap break or come undone? Check w/ Honda about it and see what they say or offer,

i doubt you are screwed. anything can be fixed. jack that sucker up, have a look, and snap a pic
