It depends on how mechanically inclined you are but it's really not THAT hard. You just need to make sure you have the right axles, mounts, etc. and be willing to deal with a few stubborn bolts and wiring harness plugs. It's a big job but as far as engine swaps go, it's about as easy it can get. Do a lot of research, read DIY threads and get everything you need before you start and you'll be fine.
