Just called the guy who's selling the car,
says theres minor scratches and he replaced the headers and the check engine light comes on now
he will take $4,300 for it
although he says if you shift over 4,000rpm he says he notices it burns alittle oil.
he says hes drives it 3000rpm-4000rpm shifts

what should i do ???

Take it to a trustworthy mechanic to get it checked out. If it's burning that much oil, something isn't right.

Find out what the CEL is too. If it's like a bad o2 sensor, that's an easy fix. But something more serious, I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.
