Do all 99 Civics share the same bumper?

I'm asking this because I've got a 1999 Canadian Civic 4dr special edition, with no ex, lx or dx markings. I need to know if the bumpers are all the same, due to the fact i reside near incapable drivers

Yes, all 99-00 Civic bumpers are interchangeable.

Yes, they are all the same. You might also want to check out for some local used stock bumpers that you can sand and paint to save on shipping costs and guarantee an OEM fit.
