Dumb ass hit me

So some jack ass didn't yield to me at a light and I hit him. Good news was he was at fault but my CF hood, CTR headlights, bumper and fender are toast. Hopefully the I/C piping is okay but its dark out so I'm not going to dig around and look. To top it all off he was in an new Audi and UNINSURED!!! So I hope he pays up to cover my s**t!

Fender and bumper damnage is fairly standard but here is the headlight and hood damage.

Skinny winter tires get me through all the snow but suck for stopping quickly. Plus it was just starting to get a little slick out as the sun had just gone down so I didn't have much help...

insurance should take care of it, I have additional coverage for the extra stuff on the car but it still sucks.

That is why they have uninsured motorist coverage on insurance policies. Hope you had it.
