????? engine bogging????????

ive noticed for the past couple days that while stoped ata stoplight or when idling hwen the engine is warmed up its like it almost cuts off? like its chokking down and wants to cut off it dont do it all the time its done i three times in past 3 days
what could it be ?
somebody said idle needs to be turned up?
car info:
2000 civic ex d16y8 vtec automatic, 92,000 miles
mods : short ram and cat back

could be air in the coolant system or the iacv needs cleaning or replaced

Top off the radiator and reservoir with coolant and then bleed the cooling system.


This procedure may take 20-30 minutes:

1) Park the car on an inclined driveway with the front end higher than the rear.

2) Push the dash heater lever/knob to MAX heat.

3) Follow the directions in the diagram below

If this procedure yields no results, check for vacuum leaks.
