STOUGHTON, Wis. -- Some residents in Stoughton were scratching their heads after the water tower got a new coat of paint.
The new paint on the water tower spells "Stoughon" rather than "Stoughton."
Residents started noticing the error around 11 a.m. Thursday, WISC-TV reported.
