can u use the navigation here in the US or this is just for JDM bling?

Nah, you can't use the nav - it thinks it's in Japan lol.

But, you can use it as a CD player and the climate controls.

I have heard some people finding a disc with US maps that you can load onto this unit, but I don't know the first thing about that.
