Gearing

How do you tell the difference between y7 and y8 gearing? I have two sets of gearing, one out of a y7 tranny, and one out of a y8 tranny. I have them seperated, but I dont have any clue what gearing goes to what tranny. I dont plan on re-using any of them, but Id like to know which gearing is what, as I do plan on selling them. Heres a picture of one of the sets I have. Is this y7 or y8 gearing?

Two choices..

Sit them side by side and take a picture or make a thread on d-series and hope bone answers..
