W/the help of Tom was able to swap out my rotors, my lower slider pin didn't come out all the way and we were scared of snapping it so we left it in, swapped rotors and re-tightened.

Does this look strange to you though? Am I being over paranoid?

the other side looks pretty much fine

the two different surfaces on the rotor?
well surface wear then it looks almost burned on one side, i dunno if i'm jus bein paranoid or what.

His turbo is siiiick I saw all 4k worth of parts in his basement :drool:

Feel great, they don't pull to the side or anything.

Just worried b/c one looks like that and the other doesn't look burned.

They take a little more pedal effort for some reason... but feel nice and stop fast!

new rotors ftw but the last time i replaced rotors were on my civic. I dont remember any discoloration like what you have but I remember being really pissed the first time it rained...after that you couldn't really tell they were new.

hmm well I retract what i said earlier...you say "more pedal effort"...my initial reaction is a sticking caliper

there's just like more travel till it really brakes hard, like maybe i have to bleed my lines, which would be weird since I didn't open the system up at all.

^ah my guess is thats normal then, new rotors = less worn down, more room for the pads, that should go away but I am no brake expert
