Yep. Used a wire brush to scuff the surface up a bit and get rid of any rust, dirt, or dust. Then wiped it down and masked everything else off. I went with a somewhat glossy black paint designed for calipers (i.e. high temperature resistant). Not a fan of colored calipers unless they came that way to be honest. I did my rear drums as well in the same fashion. Just make sure you let everything dry completely before you drive it (mainly the drums) otherwise the centrifugal force will splatter paint all on the inside of your wheels. Good luck!
