Help Wiring horn with Works Bell hub

Hi guys, I have a 99 civic ex coupe, and I bought a Works Bell short hub with the Works Bell Rapfix 2 quick release. I am having trouble figuring out how to use the relays it came with to wire my horn and also get the srs light turned off. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I cannot read Japanese so the instructions are useless to me and I haven't been able to find a solution that uses the relays.Thanks

The relays that come with the hub just plug them in next to each other. I used this as a reference. Different car but same concept. 5th pic down.

As far as the horn its pretty simple. Basically plug and play.
