If it was an EX with a turbo, you probably shouldn't have been racing something obvioiusly alot more powerful. You probably should get rid of your car because you give other people with civics a bad name.
ya they do have a s**t load of torque, i raced a turbo diesel and he had 4wd on and lauched about 3 cars on me, but then i pulled on him. ive also raced a new F-150 and gave it 3 cars and won by 3 b4.NOFX said:

I also walked an under yr 2000 f-150 non turbo diesel non lightning. I had my g/f with me too and he was solo. He was driving like a d**k, riding my ass, so I figured I'd just try to get away from him.
I also kept up with with my buddy's 2002+ f-150 triton, non turbo diesel with my g/f and her friend. He was solo
Most trucks are slow but every now and then you find the quick ones.

well i gotta 96 ex turbo and have never came across a truck fast enough to pul away from me. but ive ran a few in my wrx at the track ran a 13.74 and only won by mabye a half a car
you lost to a truck and you want to trade for a gsr now? hahahahahaa why dont you sell your car and buy a v8 truck because your are so impressed with them, quit being baby, suck up the loss, race a few automatic non vtec civics and get your pride back

Yes D-series can be fast. Do you usually see them? No, not really. The most common "quick" D-series you're probably even going to see will be your basic turboed D.

Trust me, every a*****e with an F150 or Ram 1500 thinks his s**t is fast. Most are not.
