i would like to know whats the best size rims for my civic?

Im goint to buy some red rota gt3 rims for my 95 civic ej1 and I am not sure which size its the best for my ride? 15in. or 17in. i need help please.

Personally I would go with 15s especially if you plan on lowering it and the 17s look way to big like baller status....

#3. anything bigger than 15 inches on a civic older than 200 is stupid, think about rotational mass...

#4. your gonna rub if you lower your car on anything bigger than 15..well depending on how much you lower it...
