Yesterday I bought a 1996 civic hatch with a GSR swap. The guy I got it from had the car sitting in a garage for awhile and the garage got broken into and so did his car. The guys that broke into his car stole the cd player, and some other little random things but when they were trying to steal stuff the pulled on a bunch of his wiring and i guess messed it up a little. Now the only problem with the car is that the IACV wont shut off, if you have it plugged in it makes a continueous humming noise. So ive been driving with it unhooked and everytime I go to start the car I have to unhook the battery first. If you guys could give me any pointers on were to start looking for the problem that would be great. Thanks.
