Instrument cluster light problem.

So I've owned my 1998 civic ex for a year now and replaced the bulbs in the instrument cluster because certain parts wouldn't even light up (even with the brightness up) and now just recently they started flickering. When I start my car they're on and bright but then they start to flicker. And on top of that my right side of the cluster won't light up at all (it never has). I think the flickering might be caused by a bad ground but I'm looking for advice.

Start with removing the cluster and inspecting the main connector. You can also visually inspect the circuitry for any corrosion buildup or possibly arcs/grounds. Depending on where you live humidity can cause really bad corrosion on the copper used the circuity tracks.
