As thats what we call it in the UK...

As my window's steam up quite bad in the wet (as I found out last night), it's mainly when I get in (if I'm wet) or I turn the heater on. It's not (I dont think) the matrix, as there's no smell of coolant ect inside.

If it's this pollen filter (or cabin, as you call it) I was told what happen's is, it's bring's the rain/moisture in through it, therefore steaming the window's.....is this right?

Never heard of a cabin filter doing anything besides filtering the particulates out of the air. I know USDM 6th gens have no cabin filter. Not sure about the UK.
