I am just wondering if there is a list that has people's experience purchasing online from a vendor?
I had/still have a horrible experience from import-store.com
They have yet to resolve my issue (sent two left ball joints, not one of each) that I had asked since 11/5/03.
8 emails to them, 3 back, no other contact....
Maybe we should have a banned list....???!?!?!
