Is this engine stock?

So i got a 95 civic dx...and this is my first honda...when i showed a friend the engine bay he said it wasnt the stock setup....here is a pic...is anything done to it ?

Lol. Maybe. But what is the deal with the 6th Gen DX IM anyway? They look so weird. Same with the D17 EX ones too.
