Just got new timing and steering a/c belt -- now steering pulls to the right-help?

So I got my 110,000 K Civic 2005 LX a new steering belt and timing belt 2 weeks ago from a pretty reputable mechanic -- I even brought it back in for him to readjust my steering belt because it was making a clicking noise that was getting pretty loud. That was fixed -- now after a week, my steering pulls to the right and the car starts to pulsate (vibrate big intervals) when I drive even at 40 mph. Is this still a steering belt issue? This hasn't happened until he replaced the belts in my car.

Any advice from this cool forum greatly appreciated!

Sounds like one front tire has low air pressure and a bubble or you ran into a curb and goofed the alignment.
